Rare and outstanding example! Incredible sound, nice substantial neck profile, Murphy aged Les Pauls are rare and outstanding instruments, as they were special selected, then sent out to Tom Murphy's workshop in LA for the aging job, then sent back to Gibson. In the meantime, Tom Murphy scooled some of the best of Gibson's employeers so they can perform classy aging jobs in-house, but due to that, real Murphy aged LPs got even rarer and more desirable. Really substantial neck profile, still with the nice, taller pre-PLEK era frets, top condition fantastic sound!
