1964 Gibson Firebird III (not for sale)
Description
Super cool 1964 Gibson Firebird III that once belonged to George "Rick Rivets" Fedorcik who was a founding member of the legendary New York Dolls His name is still written in the electronics cavity and the full address under the pickguard. Besides it's rock'n'roll history it's a very nice instrument with great tone&feel and mojo. It's lightweight with 3,63Kg and - besides the missing tremolo bar and plate (wich was replaced by me and a pro refret with jumbos - all original with untouched solder joints. The original patent sticker humbuckers read 6,72K(N) and 6,39K(B). original case. A nice feature about this guitar can be found in GITARRE & BASS, issue 11/2022
