1968 Gibson SG Special

1968 Gibson SG Special. What a funky little brat - and truly a "player" guitar! There are a few stress cracks in the body, but everything feels tight, nothing moves. The tuners have been replaced at one time. The polepieces of one of the pickups look a little newer than the other one - however, I did not check, because I did not want to take the entire guitar apart. I don't care anyway, at least one of the pickups looks original, and both sound fantastic. The neck feels a little like an elephant's trunk - just great. I had it refretted with nice jumbo frets and added a 70s case and a period correct wrap-around bridge from my stock (currently installed is a compensated aluminium bridge that sounds great).
