1969/70 Gibson ES-345 cherry
Description
Still with an orange label, but already with a volute. Factory 2nd, but there is no obvious reason why - probably sold to a Gibson employer at a reduced price. Wired out-of-phase in the middle position. At one time, an extra switch had been added, which has been removed since. The Varitone choke has been removed and comes included. Professionally refretted. Fantastic sound - despite the "issues", this is a wonderful instrument at a relatively affordable price!
