1998 Gibson Les Paul "Custom '54 Reissue", Custom Shop
Description
One of the rather rare R4s, still with a real ebony fretboard. According to the hang tag, this one could have been owned by Greg Lake previously, but I have no additional proof. The instrument is priced "normal" anyway. Not too heavy for a Custom (4,2kg), nice medium neck profile, fantastic sound! Very good condition. + + + Comes with original black case, accessories, hang tags, some of the documents. (There were no Custom Shop certificates in the 90s yet, these have been introduced in 2003)
