Tollo Gitarre - die nicht nur irre aussieht sondern vor allem auch gut klingt - Leichtgewicht!!! Edwards E-MA-98 Aloha Ken (Ken Yokoyama signature series), made in Japan by ESP in 2005. This beautiful guitar has a unique Hawaiian hibiscus flowers top, a traditional Les Paul body and a comfortable 59 style neck. As an artist signature model, it's not surprising that ESP used the best material for its Edwards product line on this very guitar. It comes with all made in Japan Gotoh hardware and a set of Seymour Duncan SH-1n & SH-4 pickups, which makes it a solid and versatile gear for serious players ranging from punk to hard rock. As a 17 year old guitar, there is a feeling of slight aging. The color of pickup rings, body binding and fretboard binding becomes creamy or ivory. There are rusts on the pickup cover as well as multiple finish damages around the guitar. There is a dent on the clear coat on its neck (pic 11). The dent damages a tiny part (roughly 3mm diameter) of the upper layer of the clear coat. It's touchable, but not very obvious. It does NOT damage the wood. There is also a shallow finish crack underneath the clear coat on its head (pic 12) due to rapid change of humidity in an air conditioned room. It's not touchable from the surface of the clear coat. I'm 100% sure it does NOT affect the wood at all. Despite of these finish defects, the neck is straight. The truss rod is adjustable. And frets are high enough.
