A wonderful guitar, still built by Gibson—and featuring the coveted pre-'65 specs (43mm nut, nickel hardware, large neck). The guitar has wonderfully fresh frets—and there’s one modification I find quite practical: instead of the 6 mini-switches (Varitone), a three-way pickup selector is installed, and an additional mini-switch controls out-of-phase/in-phase in the middle pickup position. Thinline hollow-body (like the ES-330—without a sustain block) guitar comes with a Gibson Historic black Lifton case. P.S. For those who would prefer the original mini switches: there’s a U.S. dealer on Reverb offering a set that includes the white pickguard; see Link 2
