Stratocaster Neck - Flamed, new condition

I bought this beautiful neck (manufacturer unknown) decades ago at a guitar exchange, but never used it. There are no holes in the neck foot yet; it's brand new... The shape is a slight V, medium thickness, very comfortable... Vintage tuners, vintage frets. The radius appears to be 9.5", the fret ends need to be sanded down a bit – they scratch the left hand slightly.
